New Quilling Fringer

Custom Quilling Supplies is please to announce the soon to be released  Safety Fringer!

When retired Australian printer, Jonathan Mayne saw some colored paper strips in a store he was intrigued. On inquiring he was informed. “This is quilling paper and it is imported” Jonathan replied, “I could make that”. The store owner responded. “People have said that before but nobody ever does.” Jonathan came back to the store a few days later with an identical product he had made, and thus began his fascination with quilling.
Jonathan soon acquired a fringer, a very clever little machine. He still has that clever little fringer and it still works. Copies soon began to appear but not all were as reliable as the original. In frustration Jonathan thought, “I’ll design one of my own”. He went to his University graduate Engineer friend Peter Maries with an idea to build a quilling fringer of his own. Working together, Peter and Jonathan achieved all this. Now after years of research and more than 1300 of our all metal “World’s Best Fringers” in service successfully around the globe we have developed our even better, all new “Safety Fringer” with the added features of enclosed blades for an International safety rating and easy adjustment from 18 to 6mm capacity. Engineered from carefully chosen hi-tech synthetic materials this fringer is like no other. It is strong, reliable and smooth in operation, easy on the hands, has rubber feet that won’t scratch and the adjustment tool clips on underneath so it won’t get lost.
Custom Quilling anticipates the arrival of the fringer by the end of March 2014 and has a wait list. Those on the list will be the first to receive the new fringer in addition to receiving a discount. You must be a Custom Quilling customer to receive the discount.

We are also offering an array of imported Exotic Graduated quilling strips:

These unique Graduated (Exotic) strips will make your fringed flowers exceptional! Unlike any other graduated strips currently available the graduation is across the width of the strip. This enables it to be fringed on the opposite edge to achieve two different looks.
